- In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund where applicable.
- Newway Enterprise shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client due to such cancellations.

- Administrative or service fees may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain bookings (e.g., visa assistance, entrance tickets, some hotel and flight bookings) may be explicitly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation notice.
- Clients will be informed at the time of booking if a service is non-refundable.
6. Modifications and Rescheduling
- Requests for date changes or modifications are subject to availability and the terms of the service provider.
- A change fee may apply depending on the provider’s policies and the timing of the request.
7. No-Shows
- No-shows without prior notice are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
